BCST 230 - Construction Materials and Methods II

This course is a second level course covering topics of building materials and construction methods in residential and commercial construction applications. Students will continue to develop knowledge of building materials and advance their skills in a construction project. Proper terminology, usage and sustainability of traditional exterior and finishing materials will be covered. Students will work to complete a construction project. Lab fee required. Prerequisite: BCST142 Construction Materials and Methods I Lab fee required.
