Students will explore methods of investigating and preventing cybercrimes and infringements upon information security. Students will discuss laws governing ecommerce and intellectual property protections, focusing on Landmark and other cases such as Napster. The class will also debate privacy rights and free speech on the internet.Prerequisite: CYBR 100
