Topics include hotel and restaurant operation; meeting, event, and convention planning; travel and tourism; recreation and leisure management; gaming and casino operation; hospitality marketing; and human resource management within the framework of the hospitality industry. Career opportunities within the industry will also be addressed, as well as the ethical operation of hospitality enterprises
