COMM 217 - Journalism II

Credits: 3
This course builds upon those reporting and writing skills acquired in Journalism I. Greater emphasis will be placed on gathering and evaluating news, and writing indepth articles for various kinds of print media. In addition, the basics of newspaper design and editorial content will be covered through practical assignments related to the production of the college newspaper, The College Hill. PREREQUISITE: COMM101 or COMM215.
