ROBT 101 - Introduction to Robotics and Automation

This course is an introduction to the fundamentals of robotics. This is a labbased course that utilizes a handson approach to introduce the basic concepts of robotics, focusing on the construction and programming of autonomous mobile robots. Students will learn the fundamentals of robotics including kinematics, introduction to coding using Python and ROS (robot operating system), sensors, microprocessors, actuators, industry applications and career opportunities.
