EXSC 123 - Anaerobic Conditioning Credits: 1 This course is designed to teach the student about the different training principles and modalities of anaerobic exercise training. Anaerobic training typically involves more explosive and rapid exercises to improve performance on the athletic field but has also shown to have many health benefits for those not training for sport. Students taking this course will participate in a variety of anaerobic conditioning programs to understand the technique, effort, and safety involved in this training style. Lab fee required.
