EXSC 133 - Principles of Strength & Conditioning II Credits: 3 This course is designed to develop the students knowledge and skills of advanced strength and conditioning concepts to prepare the student to work with athletes as strength coaches. The topics covered in this course include techniques and instruction for speed, agility, and quickness training, sport performance programming, conditioning for intermittent and endurance sports, and sports nutrition.
