FRST 230 - Legal Aspects of the Fire Serv.

Credits: 3
This course will address the federal, state, and local laws that regulate emergency services and include a review of national standards, regulations, and consensus standards. The learning outcomes of this course meet and exceed the Fire & Emergency Service Higher Education (FESHE) curriculum set forth by the United States Fire Administration (USFA) and replicate the language and wording structure of the FESHE curriculum.PREREQUISITES: FRST103, FRST110, FRST111, or with permission of FRST Program Manager

Prerequisite: FRST 101  and FRST 103  (or FRST 101  and permission of Program Coordinator of Fire Science Technology)
