GRAD 144 - Color Theory and Application


Credits: 3
This course is an introduction to color intended for the visual artist and designer in a technology driven world. The course will emphasize insight into color terminology, traditional color theory, color expression, and the perception and use of color in all media for both art and design. Additional focus is placed on the essential principles and elements of design and their application to a variety of studio projects. Further exploration of the future of color will also be covered.
