LEGA 115 - Real Estate Transactions

This course is a study of New Jersey real estate legal practice and procedures. Topics include conveyancing, forms, and the theory and practice of real estate transactions. Sample cases are used to illustrate the legal assistants role in real property conveyance. Landlordtenant laws and eviction procedures are also discussed. Prerequisite: LEGA100
