BUSA 125 - Principles of Supervision

This course covers the functions of first and middle-level supervisory positions. Topics include leadership, problem- solving, motivation, human relations, communications, employee discipline, conflict resolution, teamwork, and stress management. This course is not recommended for students planning to transfer to a four-year institution. Prerequisite: BUSA101
