CYBR 102 - Cyber Law

Students will explore methods of investigating and preventing cybercrimes and infringements upon information security. Students will discuss laws governing e-commerce and intellectual property protections, focusing on Landmark and other cases such as Napster. The class will also debate privacy rights and free speech on the internet. Prerequisite: CYBR 100
