LEGA 115 - Real Estate Transactions

Credits: 3
This course is a study of New Jersey real estate legal practice and procedures. Topics include conveyancing, forms, and the theory and practice of real estate transactions. Sample cases are used to illustrate the legal assistant’s role in real property conveyance. Landlord-tenant laws and eviction procedures are also discussed. Prerequisite: LEGA100
