PSYC 208 - Business Psychology

This course will explore how psychological theory and research are applied to the science and practice of Business Psychology. Psychological theory and research will be used to understand workplace issues including communication, interpersonal dynamics, team-building, job satisfaction, leadership styles, professional development, consumer/customer relations and human resource management. Prerequisite: PSYC101
