The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Agricultural Business is designed for individuals with a strong interest in occupations that relate to farming, nursery production, landscape design, landscape maintenance, the production of organic fruits and vegetables, and similar agricultural endeavors.
Students interested in operating their own agricultural businesses need some knowledge of standard business practices, business planning, marketing, and supervision in addition to technical skills such as plant propagation, production at scale, greenhouse management, pest control, and related issues.
Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to:
