BUSA 125 - Principles of Supervision

This course covers the functions of first and middlelevel supervisory positions. Topics include leadership, problem solving, motivation, human relations, communications, employee discipline, conflict resolution, teamwork, and stress management. This course is not recommended for students planning to transfer to a fouryear institution. Prerequisite: BUSA101
