COMS 221 - Operating Systems

This course is an introduction to the concepts and facilities of operating systems and control language software. Topics include multiprogramming, timesharing, virtual storage and the management of programs and data within the system. Different types of operating systems will be discussed. Prerequisite: COMS114 or COMS142 Lab Fee Required Lab Fee Required.
