EXSC 201 - Kinesiology

This course is designed to acquaint students with the foundation of fitness screening and exercise prescription. The various parameters of fitness will be investigated including their measurements, interpretation of results, and application towards recommendations for personalized exercise programming for the general population, those with medical concerns, and the athletic population. Prerequisite: EXSC 101, MATH110 or Higher, BIOS102 and BIOS104
