EXSC 125 - Group Fitness Credits: 1 This course is designed to educate the student on how to design and lead group exercise classes. Students are expected to conduct and participate in group exercise classes emphasizing a variety of training styles such as total body conditioning, stretching and strengthening, and boot camp. This course will also teach the importance of safety and monitoring of proper exercise technique during group exercise classes.
