EXSC 127 - Resistance Training Credits: 1 This course is designed to teach students proper resistance training techniques and programming for all major muscle groups of the body. Proper handling of the resistance equipment, weight room etiquette, training theory, and program design will also be discussed in this course. Students taking this course will be required to participate in weight training sessions to develop a better understanding of the exercises and training style.
