HOST 245 - Food as Art Credits: 4 This course is designed to introduce students to the art of cooking, including presentation, garnishes, flavor profiles to embellish the foods. We eat first with our eyes. This course will encourage personal creativity while incorporating professional traditions. Both hot and cold foods will be examined.
